Dili Youth Service

Dili Youth Service is our newest program, started in 2017 by the Overseas Relief Fund in Dili, East Timor. We have established best practice, holistic youth services for young people ages 12-24 experiencing a range of issues such as domestic and family violence, disengagement from education or relationship breakdown.

Baguia Orphanage
